Downtown Tampa Condominium Boom Continues

Current projects under construction or in the planning stages would add approximately 6,000 residential units in about 30 different communities to the downtown area. Among the new entries are Crescent Heights Inc.'s planned 29-story cylindrical towers of 879 units, which the company expects to price at $200,000 and up.
