Florida Home Sales, Median Price Rise in March

Out-of-state buyers and those moving within Florida's borders are pushing up demand for existing single-family homes in the Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater area, driving up sales in March with a total of 4,974 homes changing hands for a 16 percent increase and a median home sales price of $179,300, up 24%.
