Clearwater Beach Best Western Hotel to be replaced by Enchantment Condo project

Plans are to build 90 exclusive condominiums in a 148-foot tower on Clearwater Beach each selling for more than $1-million, with many costing at least $2-million. The smallest units will be 1,965 square feet. The penthouse, which will have 360-degree views, will be 3,700 square feet with a 2,500-square-foot veranda that includes a spa. And the developer may throw in a year's supply of high-end champagne for buyers.
