New urban center planned for Dunedin

The plan calls for 46 condos averaging 2,400 square feet, with views of St. Joseph's Sound and the Dunedin Municipal Marina, ranging in price from the $600,000s to $1.3-million each, and more than 10,000 square feet of retail at the corner of Main Street and Victoria Drive.
