Bahamian style townhomes proposed

The project calls for 23 townhome units along with 37 condos. The 23 two-story townhomes each will have 1,476 square feet. Thirty-seven condos will be above a parking structure. Thirty of the condos will be one-bedroom units with 1,023 square feet; seven penthouse units will have 1,476 square feet.
