Fast Sales Inspire More Condos In Tampa's Channelside District

A 22-story condominium building called The Martin, which includes 370 residential units and 25,000 square feet of office and commercial space is planned for 1202 E. Madison St. in Tampa's Channelside district. The $112 million project features three outdoor swimming pools on the roof of the eighth floor: one heated, one with salt water and one regular. Units at The Martin will range from 600-square-foot studios to 1,208-square-foot two bedrooms. Prices range from $150,000 to $450,000.
